Autumn round of regional workshops kicks off!
The EUFORE project supports the establishment of a European Partnership on Forests and Forestry by developing a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), co-created with stakeholders. We held our first round of six Regional Workshops in summer 2023, and now it’s time for part 2!
In this second round of workshops, stakeholders will help us to further develop the draft of the SRIA (you can download the current version here) and start to think about the SRIA Roadmap (a planning document for SRIA implementation).
Participants will help us to rank the research and innovation topics which are relevant for their region, and think about the level of implementation (national/EU) and timeframe for when they should be tackled.
The SRIA Writing Group will use the results of the regional workshops in the final draft of the SRIA and its Roadmap. The results will also be discussed during the European Stakeholder Workshop, which takes place in Brussels in November 2024.
