Throughout the project, EUFORE will implement a multi-actor approach and bring together stakeholders from both traditional and new value-chains, following the quadruple helix approach, and integrates regional, national and European levels. This approach considers

Universities, government, industry and it also integrates civil society

Such an innovative approach allows citizens to contribute to building the new innovation paths to promote the socio-economic growth of the territory. It also ensures that R&I is conducted according to the needs of the final end-users, that it is meaningful for stakeholders and meets the societal expectations.
